Job description: They carry bags of food, cleaning supplies, spoons, clean bowls, jugs of water and fresh straw. This time of year, you can spot them early in the morning climbing over snow drifts. Who are they? They are dedicated SAFER volunteers who feed homeless cats 365 days a year.
